1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mountain View Resort website and the booking of services. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking any services.
2. Booking and Payment
Reservation Process: To make a reservation at Mountain View Resort, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your booking will be confirmed after we have received your payment and processed your request.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods. Payment for reservations must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
Booking Confirmation: Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
3. Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Modifications: You may modify your reservation based on availability. Additional charges may apply if you change the dates of your stay or select a different room category.
4. Rates and Charges
Room Rates: The rates for rooms are displayed on our website and are subject to change. The final price will include taxes and any additional fees.
Additional Charges: Extra services, such as room service, spa treatments, or parking, will be charged separately.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
6. Hotel Policies and Rules
Behavior: All guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects the comfort and safety of others. Mountain View Resort reserves the right to ask any guest who disturbs other guests or violates hotel policies to leave the premises without a refund.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms or indoor common areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation. A pet fee may apply for those traveling with approved pets.
7. Liability
Personal Property: Mountain View Resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during your stay. We recommend that guests use the hotel safe for valuable items.
Hotel Liability: Mountain View Resort is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
8. Privacy
By making a reservation or staying at Mountain View Resort, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information is handled securely.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mountain View Resort is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your stay will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Mountain View Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be adjusted accordingly. Please review these terms periodically.
